Why french bulldogs?
French Bulldogs have been adored companions for over a century, originally bred to be the ultimate lap pets. With their adorable expressions, compact size, and energetic yet affectionate personalities, French Bulldogs are an excellent choice for many families. They’re especially well-suited to small living spaces, don’t require extensive grooming, and form deep, loving bonds with their people.

My journey into french bulldogs
As someone who has always been passionate about full-sized English Bulldogs, I wasn’t initially sold on the idea of owning a Frenchie. My experience with French Bulldogs had been less than inspiring—they seemed overly wild, hyper, and anxious, making them challenging to enjoy. My wife Eva however, had a different vision. She longed for a smaller, more compact version of our English Bulldogs—a Bulldog she could snuggle up with more easily.
What was I to do? I took on the challenge of finding a French Bulldog that could win me over, one that had the temperament and structure I valued in my beloved English Bulldogs - in a smaller package. My mission became clear: to develop a line of French Bulldogs that embodied the same calm, loyal, and affectionate nature I adored, while also possessing the physical qualities of a sturdy, well-built Bulldog. I simply couldn’t accept the delicate, frail look of some French Bulldogs—they looked more like reindeer than Bulldogs to me!
The Start of Something Special
The search wasn’t easy. Out of the first five French Bulldogs we purchased, only two met our high standards. Then came a breakthrough—Hazel.
Hazel was unlike any French Bulldog I had ever encountered. With her imported bloodlines, Hazel was calm, intelligent, loyal, and absolutely devoted to her people. She didn’t just change my mind about French Bulldogs; she inspired the foundation of our entire French Bulldog breeding program.

She’s the reason we’re now four generations deep into producing what I call “COOLER, CALMER FRENCHIES".
Hazel’s chill, sweet, and laid-back temperament has been passed down to every generation of our French Bulldogs. Our Frenchies don’t just have exceptional temperaments—they’re also thicker and more robust, with the big heads and strong bone structure I’ve always admired in Bulldogs.
